By accessing or using CreatorPulse™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including free tier users, paid subscribers, and administrators.
CreatorPulse™ is a live streaming analytics and AI coaching platform designed for content creators on TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Kick, and YouTube Live. We provide real-time analytics, gift velocity tracking, churn prediction, growth forecasting, and AI-powered coaching through tiered subscription plans.
CreatorPulse™ offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Elite. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

The AI Live Coach feature provides suggestions based on your streaming data and general best practices. These suggestions are informational only and do not constitute professional business or financial advice. Results may vary based on your audience, content, and platform algorithms. CreatorPulse™ does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or follower growth.
The CreatorPulse™ affiliate program is available to Elite subscribers. Affiliates earn a 20% commission on the first month of each referred subscription. Commissions are paid monthly with a minimum payout threshold of $50. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program with 30 days notice.
API access is available to Elite subscribers. API keys are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to rate-limit or revoke API access for abuse or violation of these terms. API usage is subject to rate limits specified in our API documentation.
CreatorPulse™, its logo, AI models, and platform design are proprietary to us. You retain ownership of your streaming data and content. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorPulse™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.
