We also collect data automatically when you use our platform, including stream session metrics, gift event data, viewer analytics, and usage patterns within the CreatorPulse dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve CreatorPulse™ services, including:

  • Delivering real-time analytics and AI coaching insights
  • Processing subscription payments through Stripe
  • Sending notifications about significant stream events
  • Generating growth forecasts and churn predictions
  • Improving our AI models and recommendation algorithms

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including Stripe for payment processing, and cloud infrastructure providers. All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Stream analytics data is retained for up to 12 months on the Free tier, 24 months on Pro, and indefinitely on Elite. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
